I'm surprised no one has commented on this. Snowflakes in the backgrounds of the bars - and little laughing Santas for the new post icons - very nice. I've been on here for about 1/2 an hour and feel like I need a good cup of hot cocoa now!

I must have had too much egg nog.........I don't see any snowflakes.... :xseek
 
I think Rogerbum is the one having the early nip of nog. There ain't no snowflakes, and the Santa smileys have been there since year before last.

However, if you click your Refresh button, it might look like you got snowflakes. Bill does that to taunt the Alaska guys.

And Hey there Rick - lucky you. If you choose to stay in the south, the pic you posted will be the last time you ever have to put up lights. Traditionally they stay up all year down there.

Nope - stone cold sober... here's an image of what I see in Firefox - even have litle Santas on the PM and profile buttons....maybe Bill just doesn't like you guys and you don't get the snowflakes and Santas:wink:

I like it that the message icon santa changes his coat if the last message was already read. Cool little detail. Kudos, Nerd.

In 'firefox', I had to do a "Shift-Reload" - hold down the shift key and
click reload. Apparently this is how you tell Firefox to "really" reload,
not sorta kinda reload.

I noticed them yesterday, pretty cool. At first I thought, how do these posts get waterstained, but then noticed they are actually snowflakes. I like it. What will the graphic be for spring?
 
I had gotten so far behind on reading the new post, I did not have time to study the background. I realized it was different but did not study it for changes. Did not see the Santa’s until now. Like wise, as Lloyd said, what will it look like this spring, for the start of boating season? You may have created an expectation by us for something different each season.
