Thanks for starting this thread. It gave me the impetus to do a little research. That kind of stinks that you can't get one thru Cummins NW. But, if you could, it would be $63 for the cartridge filter. The original filter off my engine has a Mopar part number:

From these, we should be able to get set up and I'm hoping they'll be less than $63.... But, judging from the list, maybe not....
The good thing is it's very easy to change the oil on these boats. You will need some kind of pump with a female garden hose fitting. I have a vaccum style pump that looks like a garden sprayer, but it works in reverse as it creates a vacuum instead of pressure. Draining the oil is a simple process and access to the filter is right under the cabin step.
