We traveled from Arizona to Kent to pick up our new boat. The experience was very pleasant. Jeff Messmer and Andrew Curtis were great to work with and continue to work with us through every detail. I have posted a few pics.

We are now back in Arizona enjoying "Tugger" on our inland lakes and looking forward to the Lake Powell trip with a bunch of C-Brats at the end of this month.

As new boaters and boat owners, we have much to learn, but we are excited to do it on a Ranger and with a great group of fellow enthusiasts. We'll be back up to PS next summer and hope to meet many more of you then!

Byrdman,

Congrats to you also for making your safe, long trip. Makes ours from Kent to Phoenix look like a drive around the block!

I'll sure give Jeff & Andrew your greetings as requested. They and the Livingstons are wonderful people to work with. They all told me how miserly the engine would be on fuel consumption and they didn't fib. We've had Tugger out at Lake Washington for trials, Grapeview, WA for a weekend of cruising and Lake Pleasant for the same, all on 8 gallons of fuel. I don't know yet what that translates to in mpg or gph, but at 6-10 knots, we're grinnin'.

Hope you have many thrifty miles under your keel and we look forward to meeting you someday in our travels.
