ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! I mean that you have the exact same names as some good friends of ours that live in Fall City that have very few constructive skills.

Really, I am very impressed. Your confidence level must be on an entirely different level now. Well done and congratulations.
 
If you look at the recent "Bixby's Cub" restoration photos you will see that we share the same taste in counter tops.

Thanks all, this was a fun project, and instilled a bit more confidence in us. It was in truth a pretty simple job however. Tape measure, Skillsaw, blue tape, contact cement, clamps, saber saw, screwdriver, SimpleMat and grout, that was about it.

And no, David (who either designed or built every other customization on our boat except the cockpit table that Barry built) was NOT involved in the galley countertop project!

Mike - the "Costco hamburgers" are big cork hotpads (of course you knew that) - NOT going to put a hot teakettle or saucepan down on the new laminate and leave a big ring!
 
But Pat...Those are sharp instruments!!!! :lol: :lol:

The table is unlikely to be done by Powell, but it definitely is on the list! I will be sure to photograph the project from start to finish!

Yeah, but you probably want one that can loosen lug nuts too.... :cry :lol:

On the bright side however, he could probably keep you out of legal trouble..
