Fixing to go to Three Rivers Marina in Crystal River Florida in about two weeks to pick up my new 22' C Dory. Would just like to say thanks for all the good info provided by you all while waiting.

I would like some help from anyone who has a boat lift. I am trying to get mine ready. Info like....
2x8 or 2x10?
14' or 16'?
Placed upright or flat? If flat will go with 4x.
Also would like to know location of approximate center weight of boat with 75 Honda and 8 horse kicker.
