PM's not Working

I've been trying to send a PM to Matt for 2 weeks, when I saw that he had just gotten married, I figured he had other things on his mind. But I checked the sent box and none of the PM's were there, I looked in the Outbox and everything I thought I'd sent was sitting there - am I doing something really dumb ?
 
Dave- If it's in the "out" box you have sent it but it hasn't been picked up by the person you sent it to. When they do open it, it will move to the "sent' box.
 
Except that I just this evening received the PM (was on several times earlier today and over the last several days since my return) without indication of a PM. Weird?!?

Do you have a pop-up blocker turned on?

Not for C-Brat's....PM's always pop-up the moment I sign in. Something was definitely amiss...
 
After speaking yesterday with Matt, and checking the out box, something is/was amiss. There are 2 other notes to Matt in there, one to Dr. Bob, and a couple of others. Matt & Dr. Bob are prompt at responding to any notes they receive.
 
Sent one to Matt a couple of weeks ago and it's still in the outbox. :?
