port side electric wiper

I have an electric wiper on the starboard window and a manual wiper on the port. Since the shaft is already there, is it a simple job to add an electric motor to the port wiper? What all is involved? Thanks.-i
 
You can probably use the same hole, but the wiper motor comes with a shaft--you have to remove the old manual unit and bezels. Just be sure that you have enough clearance for the motor inside of the boat.
