Before I finalize this with the design guy I wanted your feedback. As far as I know this name is unique to a C-dory. Hope no one else has it.
 
I like it. Haven't seen that one before - the closest is an Arima named Skippin' School - but the Hooky part is a great fit for a fishy boat! I am not sure if the apostrophe will work in your album title. Sometimes they do - sometimes they don't - or maybe the nerd got 'er fixed. It sounds good to me!

Great Name!.............the closest to it that I remember was a vessel named "Happy Hooker" (but that was a vessel with a homeport of Las Vegas.. :disgust )

P.S. It wasn't a C-Dory either.

Perfect! I've seen Happy Hooker a kazillion times...never Playin Hooky...great name. Is Brad (Coho Design) doing your lettering?

Thanks for recommending Brad!! He has already gotten back to us with a design. Wow!! We have been waiting over a week to even hear from a company in Seattle.

Just got the decals put on the boat. I think it came out great! I highly recommend Brad at Coho Designs. cohodesign@gmail.com We altered the "hooks" a little from the original design.

Looks GREAT! I'd recommend Brad to anyone who wants lettering done too -- he does mighty fine work!
