SCOOTERS NEW HOME

C-Time

New member
Scooter has a new home with the newest C-Brats, Dave, Jerusha, and family. I have let them know what a wonderful bunch of Brats hang out on this, the best boating sight on the web. They plan on fishing, cruising, and attending some Brat gathering. Please welcome them with Brat hospitality.

Welcome to the family Dave, Jerusha and crew. Bunch of nice folks here, so come on in and say "Howdy", "aloha", "aye", "hello" or something. It's a nice place to hang out, learn and enjoy.

Dave, Jerusha, and family,

Scooter is such a special custom built 25. Enjoy her and fill up that in-deck fish box.

Many happy cruises are in your future
.

As the proud new owners of a C-Dory 25 we are happy to finally join the fine community of C-Brats. We have been lurking and learning for some time now, and having recently purchased Scooter we are ready to pick your brains further and hopefully contribute useful information from our experiences in return.

If the C-Brats are all like Ernie (second owner of Scooter) we are in very good company indeed! Many thanks to Ernie for taking such wonderful care of Scooter, and to Jerry and Helen (first owners) for adding such nice customizations to the boat. Jerry, we do indeed plan on filling up that fish box!

Thanks too to Harvey and George for the warm welcome to the C-Brats. We look forward to meeting you all. Unfortunately we missed the Friday Harbor gathering as Scooter was hauled for new bottom paint and a fresh wax this weekend. But now she's looking good and ready to go....see you on the water!

Welcome Dave and Jerusha to the Brat family. Lots of new friends to meet, lots of fun to come, lots of help available.
Hope to see you around the Gulf Islands and Desolation. Some of the finest cruising destinations locally (I'm biased).

Martin.

Thank you Martin for another warm C-Brat welcome. We have sailed the San Juan Islands for years but have not yet ventured North to explore the beautiful Gulf Islands. We've seen your generous offer to host a gathering at your waterfront home in Comox in July, but that looks like a looong haul from Seattle even in a fast boat :-)

If we don't make it this July, we will definitely plan on throwing down the hook at Goose Spit one day and looking you up!

Best regards,

Dave
