SeaHooked is now sold. It has a new home in Cornet Bay (WA) with C-Brats Rod and Jane. Certainly sad to see her go but comfort in knowing the new owners have adventures planned way beyond my capabilities.

We purchased Sea Hooked from Chris on Tuesday afternoon & Jane headed back to the cabin. After Chris showed me a few things about the boat he left & I was on my own. I spent the night on the boat in Edmonds, WA & departed at 0930 on Wednesday morning for Cornet Bay, WA 2.5 hours later I pulled in to our slip. What a change from our sailboat..... it would have taken 8 or 9 hours. We are looking forward to meeting other C-Brats. Hasta, Rod :thup

Indeed, welcome to the family!

Based on Chris's prior postings, you probably got the buy of the century on this boat - I would be really upset with Chris IF Daydream were for sale! But fortunately it is not!

Cornet Bay, eh? You won't have to go far for your service needs!

Welcome to the C-Brats, to PNW C-Dory cruising and congrats on the acquisition. You will find it is a great family, and Cornet Bay is one of the best C-Dory service/resource places here in the PNW. If you have not yet, stop by and say "Hi" to Les and the crew at EQ marine. You will really appreciate your C-Dory more and more as time goes on.

Welcome Rod and Jane. Now you need to get a photo album and show us the dogs/dog that caused your screen name! By all means go see/meet Les at EQ Marine. He'll take good care of you and the boat if you need him.

It's all Tucker's fault, it's amazing how much our poodle mix rescue dog, has become such a large of our lives. We got him just a few months before we left on a 2 and a half year cruise from Whidbey Island to & thru Mexico on our 32' pilothouse sailboat. He took to it like a duck to water. We returned last summer to be closer to our aging parents with health issues. The 25' C-Dory will be the next stage in our adventures (and really looking forward to it) and since Tucker really likes boats I chose that handle. I would post a picture, but haven't figured out how yet. Hasta, Rod

We posted a few photo's of Tucker, the inspiration for what will be Sea Hooked's new name shortly. Many thanks for setting up the album & the welcome aboard. Rod
