My 2003 22' Cruiser has developed a starboard list that has gotten progressively worse over a couple of years, with no changes in rigging or equipment. I assume it's water trapped below the v berth, but not sure where to make a hole to drain the water. Anyone have experience with this?
 
Any signs of water intrusion outwardly? Water on floor, under where the potty is located? Anchor locker is the usual culprit of water, if not apparently present.

I would drill a small test hole--about 1/4" at the inner aspect of where the molding of the V berth Starboard comes to the aft floor, just above the floor.

This may also be a great time to resolve to remove the foam and get some great storage under there.

Finally, look carefully at the floor of anchor locker, and the screws on the brass strip--which can also leak.
