Still trying to figure out the best paints

Now that I'm nearly done improving the places where the cabinets were attached to the floor, I'm thinking about repainting the floor and perhaps the interior of the hull. Here's my questions:
1) What kind of paint should be used? 1 part epoxy?
2) What is the best color match to the grey?
3) What is the best color match to the white?
4) Any tips are how to apply?

I realize these topics have been covered before but I can find exact answers to the above questions. In particular, part numbers and a supplier would be much appreciated.

I would like the paint for the windows and doors mine is starting to peel on the door . I have a cape cruiser 06 . I think the colors are the same as the c-dory for that yr .

Mike from pappion did his grey floor maybe he will chime in with the color?
