When we lived on a sailboat in the Caribbean, my wife used a stowaway oven that worked on top of her 2 burner stove. She made pizza, cakes, biscuits, chili cornbread,...
It looked like a skillet with lid, with a silver fireproof material cover over the lid and a thermometer sticking out the top. The skillet and lid could be used everyday, while the cover and thermometer stowed easily.
I bought it at a marine store in Miami. Don't know where you might get one now, but it was very handy.
