Suggestion for a new forum

I recommend adding a new forum called Links for links to C-dory, boat engines, boat dealers, and all of the great links to so many useful items contributed by members. Later if there becomes too many then create subfolders. I only been a CB member for a short time but already added over 50 web sites to my Boomarks.

just an idea.

I've got a ton of links myself.

It would probably be smart to set up subfolders or categories up front to keep things organized from the get-go!

I like the idea, I have a bunch already myself. Don't know about the admin nightmare, but think starting out with catagories and sub cats might be a good idea. Like POWER with sub cats of: OB, INboard Diesel, INboard Gas, Electric, Twin, Single. Maybe that's to detailed, but it would make searching for those like off this sight some easier IMHO.

This could be combined with an earlier idea, to creat a FAQ section in which members would contribute links to particularly useful threads addressing various and sundry topics. For example, Joe recently posted this message which would be a dandy resource.

I'm willing to volunteer to be the coordinator of submitted links but can't come up with all of them on my own! Also, we will need to have approval and support from the admins.
