Telescoping table support leg

I want to convert my table leg from the removable aluminum tube to the telescoping design. I have the type that has two tubes; one long for the table, one short for the converted berth.

Could someone with the telescoping table support please post a picture of how the table is mounted to the cabin wall?

If someone knows exactly which support I should buy, that would be helpful, too.

The advantage of the two tube system is that you don't have to worry about the table suddenly collapsing because the telescoping adjustment was not tightened enough (sure to happen sooner or later).
