Heard the same thing two weeks ago, just prior to the Everett Coho Derby. Spent all day Saturday trolling outside, from the shipwreck across to Whidbey then north etc....it was a nice boat ride. :lol:
 
The fish are in the sound, at least the last time Tom and I went fishing a couple of weeks ago. However, they're suffering from a malady commonly known as "lockjaw". For some reason, once they enter the sound headed for the rivers, they are not in an eating kind of mood.

I wish I had that malady... :wink

I found one on the lower Cowlitz last weekend out of my driftboat, but this weekend I'm taking C-Dawg to chase 'em in Grays Harbor.
