The cheapest easiest way would be to find a used Johnson / Evinrude with trim-tilt and swap the nec. parts! Find the Oldest OMC Dealer in your area and go check out his bone yard! :beer

I have a 92 50hp Evinrude it was swapped from power trim to tiller controls
I believe it works in reverse
most marine shops have lots of this old motors kicking around

CMC Manufacturing makes a universal trim/tilt for $470 available through West Marine, but it does set back the engine 6" so it might cause a problem when you try to tilt your engine, cosidering the engine box of your new boat. Page 294 in West Marine Catalogue.
