Under Eyebrow Paint

Hi
The area under the eyebrow could use some paint touch up. I assume that area is not gel coat, so what is the appropriate paint for that area. I also have some minor trim on the outside of the transom just below the plastic cap of the transom that could use the same touch up

Mine is just painted flat black under the brow. Can of Krylon would probably do the job.
