wallas stove

:D I just purchased a 2005 model Cdory, moved up from a 17 Hewe's craft. I have had they boat for about 1.5 weeks. Spent the 1st 4 days rigging up. added 2 Scotty electric down riggers. 3 scotty rod holders. a 2nd battery and dual battery switch. A 2nd bilge pump in the rear, plumbed it into the drain from the live well, which I used for 2nd battery.
I was initially thinking of putting between gas tanks, but dealer says very bad idea, could be a disaster if there was a spark and gas fumes present.
I am happy with the location, the weight of 2nd battery didn't really effect
the boat at all. I mounted it forward in the compartment, still have room in the back for misc gear, fishing and downrigger balls.
We just came back from a 3 day overnight cruise, put on about 4 hours on new Suzuki 90 horse 4 stroke. I hope to get some pictures
I am really happy with the C-dory, probably will be my last boat.

Dean: Welcome Aboard!! Glad you enjoyed your boat. You will for sure love it. Do keep us posted on your pics. Wonderful C-Dory boating opportunities in your area for sure.

I think I have a Wallas manual at home...if you want I could copy it and send it to you...

If you have one, maybe you can get it to DaNag Bill and see if he can insert it into the tech library...that'd help ALL of us who don't have manuals.
