I have rust spots inside the cabin where the screws are covered with fiber. 2004 cd22. the corners around front bilge appear to be laid thin with hollow spots. should I fix this myself or contact the factory. I have called the factory with other questions and had no response. I have seen post where others have stated the screws are two long. This is The case on this hull. I am wondering if the factory fixed this under a warranty claim.
 
The best bet would be to take it to the dealer, let them inspect the condition and repair it, sending the bill to the factory. My opinion only.
