Water showing under access port under the port-a-potty

'04 22' Cruiser. When I open up the access port under the porta potty, I saw 1/2" or so of water. Sponged it out and forgot about it, thinking it was condensation?

Is it?
 
Unlikely condensation. The usual culprits are anchor locker, leaks from screws holding brass bow strip and potential leaks from deck or rub rail rivets. See other discussions ongoing.

Is the boat in or out of the water? Has the water recurred? Have you checked the bottom of the anchor locker?
