The old saying is: "When you're up to your ass in alligators, it's hard to remember that your original intent was to drain the swamp."
Maybe you guys in the frozen northland don't have that saying? :?
We're getting our turn at "winter" here today: temps in the 40s, drizzle, and wind. I had to chuckle at the local newscaster when he felt the need to explain what "sleet" is; and the weatherman got to say "wind chill". Of course, I only chuckled until I had to go out in that nasty stuff.
This is pretty much the kind of day that Tom and Susan took us out for our first ride in a C-Dory.
