That was a great video and story, thanks Roger.

Always love watching the old prop war birds fly. When the vet mentioned the noise I couldn't help thinking about the Harvard. There is no mistaking their distinctive snarl on a flyby. Because of their 9 foot prop - at high rpm the tip approaches sonic speed. About 2800 were built in Montreal Canada during the war. A friend of mine is involved with the Canadian Harvard Association based in Tillsonburg Ontario. They have several Harvards in their collection. We have seen them several times flying over in formation - not hard to miss a formation of bright yellow, noisy prop birds flying past!
