I removed the rivets ,most were broken off anyway. The rivets use a steel mandrel. Bound to fail sooner or later. Also riveted from the inside. Poor design in my opinion. I Drilled the holes out with a 1/4 drill bit . Used 1/4 stainless steel bolts from the outside. Lots of 4200...

I ordered from Lisa at Ultimate passage. Good pricing.

I drilled all mine out and replaced with stainless steel 1/4 bolts. I filled the slit with 4200 and put big blobs of 4200 at each bolt hole. Rubber fit fine when reinstalled.

I am wanting to replace my scuppers on our 2003 C25, as the rubbers have curved out and the white plastic has deterioted. What ones do you recommend? I read thru 3 pages using the search term "scupper" and did not see a consensus. I did see a thread from 2010 where there was a angled...

Thank you for the reply. Yes it is the transom topper. Sure looks and feels like a piece of molded rubber to me I never would have thought it was a piece of plastic. I will look for some Debond. Thank you again!

Any advice to remove the transom rubber on my C25? I searched the forum and did not find anything.
