I know that you can buy the hatches in various shapoes and sizes at cabelas and bass pro shops. They are very easy to install for anyone that is a little handy with tools. Th edremel tool actually has a router attachment and it is plunge capable. You could actually use it as a precision circle...

I would love to check out the 25 without having to drive to Alliance. I have been on Osprey,a 22 and it was very nice. I need to get my wife on a larger boat than the 22. Have you been on a Tomcat as well?
