That looks like the back to the convertible dinnette/passenger seat that is moved from forward to aft facing after sliding the seat.

I am not sure on the Honda 90s but most of these trim gauges have a mechanical lever back at the motor pivot and they get stuck from either corrosion or dirt. A lot of times all it takes is some lubrication and moving the lever back and forth a few times manually to fix the problem.

I'd be interested in making a run sometime over labor day weekend if the conditions are favorable and the fish are still around. We keep the boat in the water in SF Bay (Sausalito) but could easily trailer it somewhere else to launch too. -Dougal
