2006 22' Cruiser. Off white with green trim. We are the original owners of this boat and it is very well equipped and ready to cruise, fish, dive. The boat as always been well cared for and maintained. Turnkey boat.

The boat is currently located in Redondo Beach, CA but we are moving it back to Sausalito next weekend.

Engine:
• 2006 Honda 90 motor (carbeurated) with 4 blade stainless prop. Engine is in perfect condition and the carbs where just serviced at the Outboard Motor Shop in Alameda, CA. Approximately 200 hours.
• backup 3 blade aluminum prop.
• Racor water separating filter.
• Bennett trim tabs
• Mount for kicker motor

Cabin:
• White laminated wood cabinets with teak trim.
• Wallas diesel stove/heater.
• Fresh water pump - 3.0 GPH demand pump feeds both sink and cockpit wash down hose.
• Reversible dinette/passenger seat.
• Stowage for stainless steel BBQ above stove.
• Interior window covers made from same Sunbrella fabric as factory canvas.
• Upgraded helm seat.
• Foam in dinette seats upgraded to denser foam than the soft foam used by the factory which bottoms out when anyone sits on it.
• Hatches added below v-berth mattress for extra storage.

Deck:
• Tall radar arch
• Clamp on stainless rocket launcher fishing rod holders on arch
• Flush mount rod holders in cockpit coaming.
• Fiberglass floorboards in cockpit (factory).
• Self coiling wash down hose.
• Garhauer lifting davit: mounts in motor well and on radar arch. Can be used to hoist kicker motor on to dinghy.
• Stainless steel cooler rack above motor well for 100quart cooler.
• Fiberglass bait tank; mounts in cockpit and is easily removable without tools when not needed.
• Roll control dive tank restraint system for 8 SCUBA tanks.
• 4000 GPH bilge pump in cockpit between fuel tanks
• Lewmar Fast Set 14lb anchor with 30 feet of chain

• Garmin 4212 multifunction chart plotter with integrated radar, sonar, satellite weather.

• Transom mount transducer with wheel for water speed.
• XM satellite radio/weather receiver (allows weather overlay on chart plotter with subscription).
• Echomax radar reflector (white cylinder installed on arch underneath radome).
• KVH heading sensor to allow radar overlay and MARPA target tracking.
• ACR Nauticast AIS receiver (connected to chart plotter to display AIS targets).
• Navman 5500 chart plotter for redundancy with main chart plotter.
• Raymarine Autopilot that is interfaced to GPS to steer along routes
• Standard Horizon VHF radio with loud hailer
• Digital Antenna 8' VHF antenna.
• Shakespeare Galaxy 4' VHF antenna.
• 2 batteries with combiner switch.
• Battery charger: hard wired 2 bank 10 amp charger with connection in cockpit.
• Xantrex battery monitor to track voltage, current draw, total amp hours in each battery.
• Alpine stereo with color display and iPod control.
• Infinity speakers.
• 8" Bazooka subwoofer.
• Tall LED running/anchor light in addition to factory running light.

Trailer:
• Tidewater tandem axle trailer with rollers, disc surge brakes, torsion axles, guide ons poles with LED lights. Trailer is in good condition with some surface rust visible on hardware.

Dinghy (could negotiate inclusion in sale if needed/wanted)
• Silver Marine 9 foot inflatable with air floor.
• 1977 Johnson 9.9 motor that works as kicker motor and dinghy motor.

To answer a couple of questions that may come up in advance: It does not have a cockpit cover or camper canvas, and no windlass.

We changed plans and moved Ripple to San Diego instead of back up to SF Bay. Will be staying in San Diego and available to show it to anyone who has interest after December 7 through early January.
