I have one that I took off my 22' cruiser that I am willing to sell. It has 5 adjustable rod holders.

The plate is made from two pieces of 3/4" hardwood plywood epoxied together and the angled mounts are cut from a cedar 2x6. It is painted with Petit Easypoxy that I tried to tint to match the gel coat (but over did it!). It is through bolted to the transom.
