I added a wooden block capped with foam glued to the underside of the table leaf to fit against the leg. It keeps the leaf/seatback steady. The cushion has straps that wrap around and snap to the underside of the table, which hold it in place.

Truly sorry to read this. I lived in Sitka and ran a 28-foot boat there for a while, and know how easiy it is to get in trouble and how dire that trouble can be there. My thoughts to those involved and to their families, some of whom I knew. Stay safe, all of you.

Note that on my 22, the hydraulic trim tabs don't work unless the key is in the ignition and turned part way on.

Something else to consider—and I know someone else has raised this issue on a similar thread—is height. The Thetford 365 is higher because of the additional storage, which makes it more comfortable for many. But it also makes it more difficult to use in the V-berth for tall people. Like...
