Harborview Marina at Gig Harbor is ablaze. Evidently, there was an explosion aboard one boat early this morning. Burning debris thrown into the air caused fire to spread. Scores of boats are totally destroyed. Many, loaded with fuel are sinking into the water.

Overall length is not likely to be a problem. For us, the height of the boat on the trailer and the width of the trailer at the wheels would not allow us to garage the boat.

In addition to our new public dock, West Marine recently opened shop here in Gig Harbor. Now, if only we could get Snoqualmie brews on draught at The Tides, this would become a must-see destination for all C-Brats.

September would work better for us. Our 5-week old grandson is flying up from Phoenix this coming weekend just to be with us. Yes, he is bring mom and dad along. Sure beats overcrowded Langley.

Roger, We used the sling at Skyline and were pleased with the service. There is an unfenced parking lot across the street for a few bucks, but also, the marina has a fenced yard where you could leave your motor home and it is probably as safe as any place could be. Call Skyline to verify this...
