Spike, both are fully injected. My Ira, so I take it that your 9.9 will not run in the raised position. Is that correct?

My kicker is a new DF9.9B. It starts and runs fine, but when I try to flush it in the raised position (using ears, of course), it starts, runs for several seconds, then dies as though it is starving for fuel. It will start back up, but dies more quickly each subsequent attempt until after 4 or...
