Bob, The Carlisle HydraStar works perfectly with the 2006 Ford built-in controller. No adapter needed. I mounted mine way up out of the way so it would stay dry.

You'll notice that the shower enclosure, stove, sink, plumbing, helm stations and steering is all on the starboard side. Adding a Port water tank or batteries under the dinette will help even things out. Load the fridge up with beer too! :lol:

Westie, The Port/Starboard fuel switch switches the fuel gauge between the two tanks. The tanks are separate and don't cross feed unless extensive modification has been done. A little teak oil restores the shine and protects the wood. The best cleaner for the floor inside and in the cockpit...

For launching a TomCat, a steep ramp is best. The hulls sit on top of the fenders rather than between them as with a mono-hull. The trailer has to go in quite deep before the boat will float off. Your trailer fenders will be under water completely. Retrieving is another story altogether! :disgust

Having gone to the "Dark Side" RVing vs boating, we have become very aware of tire problems that many have faced. We have been lucky so far with no failures. It is very hard to find trailer tires that are not manufactured in China (China Bombs!). One couple that supplements their full timing...

How about the Prime Rib Dinner at the Oasis in Sequim? $14.95! Friday night would allow working folks like Sleepy-C and C-Renity to attend. We can make reservations if folks would like that venue. Or suggest an alternative. We can pick up boaters at the marina if need be.
