I have read several threads that this is a great combo to store this generator. I haven't been able to find it in a store and from the dimensions I read online it looks like the height could be a problem. Unless the lid is concave it might not work. Can anyone confirm that this will work...

I recently bought a 2008 22' Cruiser and was wondering what is the purpose of this? Could this have been something the previous owner installed something and then removed it? If that is the case then I would guess I'm left with some repair work?
