we went out to area 6 again today and were able to fill 3 limits of spots in about 3 hrs. the currant started to move the pots so we had to add the anchors to the pots. all in all, a good day on the water. we had a great cruise thru Deception Pass going and coming . the water was quite flat today.

the WDFW gave us a 4 hour window of an opening to shrimp in area 8-1 & 8-2 today. Byrd and I went out and got 6 shy of our limits .here is a pic of me pulling a pot.

Looking at getting a slip at Everrett Marina for about a month. Generally trailer the boat so no bottom paint on it now. Think it is needed for a month stay in the slip with going out on the boat about 4 days a week with fishing movement? Thanks

I understand the problem you are experiencing. I have one electric gun that does that all the time here on the farm. I have resorted to using the smallest vice grip and pulling the plunger rod out till it comes up against the plate and locking it down. the vice grip keeps it from moving.
