    Any Rotarians here?

I am a Past President and continue to value Rotary. There needs to be a C-Dory / Ranger International Rotary group.

    Running Wallas Underway?

The only near disaster that I have had with two different wallis stoves. (I am a fan) I fried a fender by tying the fender where it hung right over the exhaust. It took awhile to figure out where the smell was coming from. Needless to say I was very embarrassed.

    Potable Water Filtration

I had an inline filter in my 22 with a foot pump. It worked just fine. Truly improved the taste.

Late season boating on NW waters

We took our 25 Ranger Tug out on the day after Thanksgiving. It was a 5 star day - 42 degrees and sunny. Cabin temperature with wallis and heat exchanger 75. We no more got outside the entrance of the Des Moines Marina when I saw what I thought was a small log boom with tree branches sticking...

So What Did You Do On or With Your Ranger Tug Today?

CSR Marine in Des Moines (Marina) reissued my bill but did not change the bottom line. They simply reassigned the hours spent. Repair - 4.5 hours / $405.00 Changed engine oil & Flt. Changed transmission oil & filter Adjust bels and check valve clearances Replace on engine fuel flt and Racor...

So What Did You Do On or With Your Ranger Tug Today?

I talked to the mechanic and he backed off from saying it took 3hrs to align the motor/shaft. Said it was poor communication with the billing department. He said it took 1.5 hours. Even 1.5 hours is a bit extreme. He then said because it is a turbo he had to crack all the fuel injectors and...
