We're set for Friday morning for my first cocktail of chemo. The diagnosis was non-small cell carcinoma lung cancer, Stage IV -- will learn more about THAT when we go in Friday :wink: We've made our bucket list -- and it will include any Brat gatherings we can muster ourselves to :smile...

We've survived a few days at OHSU (biopsy completed Monday this week) and today, we're off for my first appointment with the oncologist...this one should be an informative appointment...I'm set...ready and wanna get movin! :-) Caty

The only words of caution I'd give are "check to see if they cover the areas in which you boat. No sense paying if they don't have vessels in your area to help you :wink: Caty

Dodge gas rigs come with a lifetime warranty on all parts lubricated. That's what made up my mind when I got rid of the FFH (Ford From Hell). They've also got some deal going (don't know if the Dodge trucks are included) with $2.99 gas for 12k miles, 1 year for I think 3 years. THAT's a haul...

Ahhhhh....your summer job! Hope the 1-halibut limit doesn't mess too much with their customer base....my son was home (after being in Dutch Harbor and then Bristol Bay) for a total 4 days and left yesterday on his next (salmon this time) fishing trip...he says 90 days, and he'll be home again...
