man, that's timely and appropriate......this crummy weather is still much better than the tornados, drought and other weather woes some other parts of the country are enjoying....I'm out of here next week, going where the weather suits my clothes.......grundens

Ahhhhh....your summer job! Hope the 1-halibut limit doesn't mess too much with their customer base....my son was home (after being in Dutch Harbor and then Bristol Bay) for a total 4 days and left yesterday on his next (salmon this time) fishing trip...he says 90 days, and he'll be home again :thup Another company wooed him away from the original outfit -- he worked his behind off and they grabbed him up :wink

I believe the one halibut rule will die in the courts in the next week or two :)

It sounds like the kid is doing well, what a collection of tales he'll have down the road....are you hitting him with a hefty offspring tax?
