The Hunkey Dory will be there. We request 2 t-shirts. Sizes, (1) 3x (1) large. We will be staying at the same hotel. Boat name Hunkey Dory , Honda 90 BF. Hunkey Dory s crew is Neal & Jeanne Mitchell. Hello everyone , Just wanted to update you all about the Gathering. Looks like enough folks are coming that we will have Pot Luck dinner on Friday night as usual. So everyone needs to bring food to share with everyone else.
Saturday we will do a catered meal from Smithfield. So that means a $15.00 per person charge. So that will cover the meal. Smithfield will come out and setup everything so we can cruise Saturday Morning then come back to a catered meal Saturday evening.
IF you want a tee shirt that will cost you 10.00 each.
Sunday Paula and Bob Steves will cook us all Breakfast ! So please plan to stay Sunday morning for that !

Look forward to meeting you and the others. Looks as if we will be trailering down Captain's Cat for the GT. My daughter has a beach weekend the next week that we'll go up to on the outer banks so we can shoot two birdies with one trip!

Hi, we will be coming and staying at the Marina. We do not need power. We will be coming in Thursday and taking the boat out Saturday evening. And will be leaving after Breakfast on Sunday.
We would like one Men's large and one Woman's large T-shirts.

Hello Dan & Judy :D I am only doing mens tee shirts for now. It makes it a little easier to do the ordering that way. I can get you a mens med or small if you like. Just let me know. Can't wait to see all our "old" friends and make new ones as well ! Take care, :D
 
Tracey we still trying to firm up plans whether to tow boat back to fl. Then come back up or leave boat in tn. and come up later in Sep.?
 
I would like one xl tshirt. Also, I was wondering if we need to make reservations with the marina or is that taken care of when we sign up for the gathering. I would like to have shore power. Our first gathering and we are looking forward to it. Thanks

Cliff, I can't speak for Tracy on Dragonfly but I called the marina myself and I think that's the procedure. She seems to know the folks down there but I know they live a couple of hours away. (ask her about here new tattoo! :twisted:)

BTW, the marina takes only cash and checks so leave your plastic with your kids when you come (NOT!)

Thanks for reminding everyone that Whittaker Pointe Marina doesn't take credit cards Cash or checks only.
I do send Ashley and his wife Carole a list of all the boats I have so if someone doesn't call them they can still kinda plan on where to put everyone. Please do call them to make sure you get shore power. I have your shirts on my list thanks !

Ok Cal, I have you both down for Lg tee shirt. So far the tee shirts will be $10.00 each. The Catered meal & paper supplies,coffee, mosquito lamps, etc... will be $15.00 per person. Most everyone just waited and paid me at the Gathering Cal. If anyone wants to prepay send me and email and I will give you my home address.

PLEASE remember that Whittaker Pointe Marina will NOT take credit cards, cash or checks only. I believe their price is 1.50 per foot for the slips.
Looks like we will have a nice group again this year. Can't wait to see and meet everyone ! :D
