16' Cruiser Canvas Cabin Drop Curtain?

Any recommendations for a shop that could make a canvas drop curtain for our 16' C-Dory cruiser's cabin? (near Anacortes, Whidbey, Bellingham, Mount Vernon etc preferably).

And.....any (snowballs) chance that anyone has one for sale, or made one themselves and would share info/patterns.

Finally, has anyone built a solid Alaskan bulkhead for a 16' cruiser?

I've seen Angola covers mentioned and King in Seattle, but am hoping there is a highly recommended place nearer to Whidbey that is reasonable w/good quality. Otherwise, I may go w/Angola or King.

I've seen some nice pics of drop curtains on the Lizzie and others.

We have a full canvas camper, but I would also like to enclose the cabin.

Really appreciate the info.

Thanks,
Rick

Give Churchill Bros. in Everett a call. I prefer the design with a roll door rather than the one with just a one zipper pass through. Also, the drop curtain that came with our present boat has weighted bottoms in the outside pieces (not the door) which I like a lot. Good luck

Marty,

I knew you would come through with some good advice.....as always. I talked with Churchills this morning, and I agree with your preference of a roll door and weighted bottoms of the outside pieces.

I should mention that Angola said they could make one w/windows for $275 w/Sunbrella fabric, although I would have to install. The other estimates are approx. $500-$650.

Hope to see you up on Whidbey!
