This boat is turn key ready and everything is is very good working order!

I believe this is the best priced boat on the forum! The engine runs excellent!

Haha, I promised myself that I would finish working on the house before thinking about a boat. Then I was thinking, "Hmm, maybe I should just buy it now and not tell my wife about it until I finish the house." Please tell me there's something wrong with the boat and put me out of my misery.
 
I had the following work done since the original price so the price is being increased to 13500.00.

1.). Carbs removed and cleaned including soaking all jets in Chemdip.

2.). One of the fuel cap/base replaced.

3.). Fiberglass repair to one of the side rails outside rear cabin bulkhead,(cosmetid -non structural ). it had a crack which is common in the C-Dory.

4.) Detail of Boat with 3-M Professional Fiberglass Cleaner.
