I'm in the market for a CD 22 and have been following your CD22 with great interest.

Is she still available?

If yes, a few questions for you:

Q1: Is there a refrigerator? Your photos are inconclusive.
Q2: Are the swim platforms removable?
Q3: Do the pictures show a wooden platform built over the motor well?
Q4: What type of steering is included (hydraulic or cable)?
Q5: Are trim tabs included?
Q6: Is the boat a CD22 or ? The specs on boat trader appear conflicting.
Q7: What type of prop is on the motor?

Thanks for your response in advance.

Cheers

No refrigerator. There is an ice box below the skipper seat. I use it for tools and keep food in a cooler. The rear platforms are ballast tanks and are bolted to the transom. They are not removable.
I have two trim tabs which are not connected to the boat. The ballast tanks provide stability. I use the motor trim to achieve the optimum cruise speed.

There is a wooden bench across the transom. I put two seats on it.
Steering is with cable not hydraulic.

It is a C-dory 22. the ballast tanks add 2 feet so I say its 24 foot in length.
It has a stainless steel prop. Engine is very strong and reliable. I cruise at 3500 rpm and about 18-20 mph. 3 gallons per hour burned.

I LOVE everything about your CD 22.

I just could not get past the ballast tanks associated with the larger motor. Biggest issue was trying to figure out how to net salmonids at the back of the boat with the tanks protruding out so far. many times, we're fishing in rough water, and we didn't want to risk sticking ourselves way out their trying to get past the tanks.

Apologies. I even put it past all my fishing buddies, and they were in agreement.

Sorry. Good luck with your sale. I have a buddy in the Dakotas that is interested. I will forward you info on to him.

Cheers.
