1999 22' C-Dory Side Sliding Windows

Windows stick and sometimes take a great deal of effort to slide them open, especially if the latch is set. Anybody have a remedy to wash out and/or lubricate the grooves the window slides in so that they work more easily?

Mary Kate's Liquid Rollers (in a spray can). Designed to be used on trailer bunks (works good for that, too). Clean out the track with a lot of fresh water and some water/vinegar mix; let that dry. Then spray the Liquid Rollers in the track, top and bottom.

To get the latch to release easier, push the window closed just a bit more.

My new to me 26 windows took a great deal of effort to slide (two hands and all of your weight)... I washed the tracks with dish soap and warm water then sprayed the tracks and latch with silicone spray (the type from the auto store, or Walmart, that does not leave visible residue.
My windows open now like they are on roller skates...
