2002 TomCat 24 marine head base leaking

Hi Brats, I have a 2002 TC24 with an electric macerating marine head with holding tank. I have reason to believe it is the original head. My owners manual says this is the optional "Par Electric Marine Head". I can find no identifying information of brand or model information on the head itself to tell me more specifically what it is (I haven't taken it out yet). I am having what I think is a base seal issue where fluid in the bowl leaks out the base of toilet onto the floor of the lav. I would like to replace the seal but need to have some idea of what gasket I need to be looking for. Does anyone know what model toilet this likely is or have other suggestions? Thanks!
 
If you are not able to fix yours I just removed one from our 2020 TomCat in very good condition.
I replaced it with a porta potty due to lake Shasta which we frequent.

I have the complete set up toilet holding tank pump it will need new hoses.
 
I believe that later Tom Cats had the Sea Land Traveler--which is self contained with a holding tank. The 2002 would most likely have a PAR--and almost all of the brands back then used the same base. The new gaskets, joker valve, seals, O Rings etc were all part of an "overhaul kit".

Take a photo--that will help ID it. You can always buy a sheet of gasket material; nitrile rubber for this would be best, and cut your own gasket. A sheet of 12" x 12" would cost $10, but less expensive elsewhere.

The other option, if you cannot find it on line, is to go to a gasket shop--most cities have one--may also be hydraulic repair / fittings shop. It is Possible that even NAPA can make one, or sell you the material to make one.

If the old one is in decent shape, Permatex Form-a- gasket #2 will work as a repair for some time. #2 remains soft and can be removed when the time comes. It is resistant to water, oils, fuels and greases.
 
Thanks for all advice. Yes Bob is correct this is likely the Par head (a Jabsco product it appears), it outputs to a separate holding tank (or overboard depending on valve position), it’s not the integrated tank style. My post was not clear on that point. I’ll get a photo. I did see an overhaul kit on amazon that looked like the right head but need to do more to confirm. Or maybe just bite the bullet and take it apart first, then I can assess the gasket and decide what to do to make it better.
 
I would take it apart at some point when you have a few days to work on it. It may be a little "repair" with the form-a-gasket will work until you receive the proper gasket..or you may be able to make/buy the proper gasket very quickly...These types of head are not being used as much as they were 20 years ago, so parts may be a bit more difficult to find.
 
I finally had time and cooperative temperatures to check out the toilet. I expected something different but it turned out it has a rubber o-ring type seal between the base and the bowl. Sealed by compression. It seemed to be in good shape. I’m thinking now maybe it was just loose since a couple of the posts/nuts didn’t take much to start loosening. So I cleaned everything up and put it back together and will see what happens. I did measure the seal in case it still leaks and I need to find one.
