Due to an illness in the family we find ourselves needing to sell Even Keel.
It would include an EZ Loader trailer and complete Raymarine electronics package. C-80 etc. It has a Ray Marine st6001 auto pilot , but it needs to be calibrated. The Honda Forties have less than 560 hrs. We have taken great care with the boat. Trailer was completly redone last year. Has not been in salt water since Pictures in album. The boat is located in Shoreline WA just North of Seattle . We have priced the boat at $39,500 we will be firm with that price.
Thanks,
Gregg and Laurie

Prior to being Even Keel this boat was my first C-Dory and was the original Anna Leigh. She was properly de-named and my 25 now carries that name. There is an album with-in my Anna Leigh album with pictures of her.

Sorry to hear you have to sell her.

David did some wonderful additions to the boat. Full bench seat with pad across the back, slide out storage in the cabinet, nice chart rack, overhead storage above the Wallas etc. I will post some more pictures in the album.

Hello there. Is the Even Keel still for sale? And, would you be willing to sell it to someone from out of state? I live in Alaska.

It sounds like people here can vouch for the soundness of the boat, so I wouldn't be too concerned buying it site unseen. I would have to get a survey done for my bank (my cost). It would just be logistically tough as I would have to ferry the boat from Bellingham to Juneau.

Anyway, just let me know if this would be possible and I can call you to talk details. I just didn't want to waste your time if the boat was already sold or if you didn't want to hassle with an out of state sale (yes, scammers have put a big taint on a lot of trust issues, but that's another story).

Again thank you for your time.

Even Keel has been sold to a very nice couple, Rand and Kate in Sitka AK.
A Huge thank you to this site and all the wonderful people associated with it. You all were a great help in owning this wonderful thing in our lives. We will will miss the boat and you.
