2004 C-Dory 25 For Sale $52,000

Sadly I must sell our 2004 C-Dory 25. Last month my husband lost his battle with cancer. The boat is located on Middle River in Baltimore. Includes: 135 hp Honda with 350 hrs, Raymarine C70 Chartplotter, Raymarine 45 VHF radio, Wallas Stove/Heater,Norcold Ref, 6 gal water heater, wash down pump, window covers, swim platform, prop lock, EZ Loader Tandem Axle Trailer. Just this year we installed a Garhauer Dingy Lift. It makes it a breeze to load the dingy. I am asking for a reduced price in hopes of selling it this year. Take a look at the website for pictures. It looks like you and Dick kept that boat pristine. You certainly have it priced to move. Someone is going to get a very nice boat.

I'm truly sorry for your loss. As a friend of mine says: "Cancer is a *#@+!" (I'll let you fill in the blank. He is fighting kidney cancer.) May the boat sell quickly and you find peace.
 
Sharon, our thoughts and prayers go out to you. You have done a nice job in presenting this fine vessel for sale. Hopefully a fellow C-Brat will purchase and care for your vessel in the same manner that you and Dick have.

We are so very sorry for your great loss. If the gorgeous pictures in your Lake Effects album are any indication, you have many wonderful memories. We hope they are a comfort to you.
As Dave also said, we hope that a C-Brat takes advantage of your reasonable price and becomes the new proud owner of Lake Effects.

Sharon, My most sincere condolences. My prayers are with, that the transition brings you peace and comfort. Lake Effect is a beautiful boat, and will make someone a great vessel. Your album photos are great, and you must have some wonderful memories. Life does need to be enjoyed in the time, for we do not know the future.

Wish you a soon and pleasurable sale. Having just recently sold our sail boat, I know how much you want it to go to a good home. This site is certainly a great place to start, ..... and finish that process.

Your boat is very well kept and equipted. It will be a great "buy" for some lucky C Brat!

If you are looking for a 25--this looks like a good one, at about half the price of a new one.
