C-Dory 22 Commuter 2004 plus cash to trade for a used CD-25

Very nice boat that is loaded and all ready to go. The Coast Guard inspector thought it was new but I give it a "9". This is a commuter model. It has seating for up to 6 people in the cabin. Great day tripper but we have stayed onboard for weeks. We have decided to get a C-dory 25 and that is the only reason that the Out2C is for sale.
Engine – Honda 90 4 stroke – 1,100 + hours on the tachometer.
New water pump last year, shop said everything else good.
Hours will change as I use it most every week.
Boat stored inside for the 4 ½ years that I have owned it.
