Charlie, thanks so much...I plan to add to them...and this surely gives a prospective buyer better info...though my 15 year old (Sally) hates the picture and says "Dad, how could you!!!" I told her it will help the sale to have a beautiful woman in the ad!!.

As part of my maintenance plan for the boat I just replaced both bilge pumps with new Rule pumps...there is one in the stern, between the batteries, and one at the sill of the door hatch to the cabin.
 
I was asked yesterday if i would entertain a "reasonable offer"...
That is always the case.
