Well, Birdman was right.

Two Lucky Fish is sold and we're boatless. It is going to be a tough couple of weeks.

Please welcome Tim Flanagan, his wife Julia and daughters Kiera (7 - a sweetheart!) and baby Arwen as new C-Dory owners. Tim and Kiera survived the heavy seas during our test ride out Cultus Bay on Monday - two days after my posting - and Two Lucky Fish has new owners!

It sure didn't take long.....

Mac

Congrats Mac, and welcome to the extra lucky new owners,

If you get withdrawal symptoms, you know where we live!

Mac and Linda,

Congratulations on the sale of Two Lucky Fish! We can't wait to see you on the new Ranger 25 in Lopez.

Tim, Julie and family,

Congratulations on the purchase of Two Lucky Fish! She's a great boat and I'm sure that you'll enjoy her as much as we enjoy C-Dancer. Hope to see you at some gatherings.

Boy, I feel like I just had another grandchild! What a great boat, from a great family to a great family. Dotty says the kids have to put their life jackets on as soon as they leave the car! Mozel tov's all around!

Congratulations on the sale of a very fine boat. Somebody got themselves a great boat and a great deal.

You are killing me because I have to put C-Sick up for sale and can't handle the thought of losing her in two days.

Did you maintain visitation privleges.

Is that a high-top on C-sick? If so, would you be willing to trade the top for a
low-top? We can get advice on how to saw the tops off and do the swap, I'm sure :-)

Mostly kidding. I guess. Would be cool 'cause then I could put in AC more easily.
No, I guess I'm kidding.

I tell ya, it feels like Christmas morning around here. :xlol

David, I'm looking forward to adding teak "brightwork" to the boat...I'll PM you. Thanks!

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and positive messages. I'm just really excited about the whole crazy enterprise.

Kiera's asking when we can go out on our boat...

Tim, Julie and family - welcome aboard, you will enjoy the boat for sure, but the best deal is a whole bunch of new best friends! For sure try to make it to the CBGTs (C-Brat Get Togethers). Poulsbo, Lopez, Bellingham and Sequim are for sure (Sequim is for sure, ain't it Jon????). Maybe the Gulf Island cruise right after the Bellingham gathering. The fun is just beginning!

Oh cry me river, Mac! We all feel sorry for you having to wait a couple of weeks for your new CR25! Try this, we sold our CD22 in February (2005) and had to wait until May for the CD25 - the longest three months in the history of time! And it was great boating weather that year, at least if you are lucky the weather will continue to be dukie here so you won't really be missing a lot!

I'm sure glad somebody is sorry for me....I can't seem to get any sympathy around here. Thanks Pat. I guess I need some of that Snoqualmie brew to hep me through this transition....
