Sail Annapolis, Inc., the Chesapeake Bay C-Dory dealer, has just listed a very nice 2005 C-Dory 22 Cruiser. The price is only $39,999 as the owner wants a quick sale. He is planning on purchasing a new TomCat 255.

This 22 Cruiser has Cabernet Stripes, Hydraulic Steering, S1000 Autopilot, GPS & VHF, Honda 90hp, & full window covers to name a few features.

This boat is not the "new style" with the raised cockpit sole. Yes it does have hydraulic steering as the seller added this locally when he added the autopilot. The port dinette seat is aft facing only.

The seller has had the boat waxed, detailed and winterized prior to offering the boat for sale. The boat will not be shrink wrapped this year in order to facilitate the sale.

She has been stored in the water during the season and on land during the winter months. There is not a trailer. There are a few cosmetic bumps and dings.

John, I don't think you mean "liner" per se, but the raised floorboards that come in 2 Pcs and level the cockpit out! They're better than the new design, IMHO.

OK so I figured it out with some help from some Brats (thanks for the idea) and a little ingenuity. So here are a couple of pictures. Hope this helps.

The hull has been polished since I took the pictures, so all the water scum lines are actually gone.
 
It has been raining a lot in Maryland. It is the perfect time to buy this nice, clean, lightly used, and very watertight, C-Dory.

There is still time to make this the perfect Mother's Day gift!!?? Maybe an early Father's Day gift? :D

This fine boat is in need of a loving home. The sellers' new boat has arrived and this 2005 C-Dory 22 Cruiser is ready to go.

I can assist with the purchase of a new tandem trailer maybe in the 3-3.5K range additional?

A total "package price" maybe? Maybe around 40K on a trailer delivered to the West Coast?
 
We love C-Dancer, our 2005 C-Dory Cruiser. This boat sounds like her twin the way it's set-up. This looks like a good deal, plus you can add any stove/heater unit you prefer. :thup

Nice clean boat, not being used.

Autopilot & Hydraulic Steering are a great bonus on a 2005 model.

All you need to do is --- Just add water!!

Anyone need a nice boat with low hours?
