Thanks for the nice comment on the barn. The sailboat is a Bridges Point 24 built in Brooklin,ME on Eggemoggin Reach. She was designed by the late Joel White (author E.B. White's son). She is a glass boat with a fair amount of teak bright-work. She was built in 2002--I sailed her one year in Maine and since has been here in Colorado.

Well you certainly have excellent taste in powerboats, sailboats.... and "barns" :thup What a collection of beauties!

New boat is on the way! While I've had quite a bit of interest in the boat, I'd like to reduce the asking price to $66,500.

What kind of boat did you get if you don't mind me asking? I LOVE new boats!!! lol

Thank you to all who showed interest in the boat. She was purchased by some very experienced boaters whom I know will have at least as much fun with her as my family and I did.

I just noticed the previous post--I didn't stray too far from the family--I'm picking up my new Cutwater 28 next week.
